Day 5: You only need to drink the slimming soup once today. In addition to drinking the soup, you can also eat tomatoes and beef. Tomatoes should be eaten raw, and there is no limit on the specific amount. The intake of beef should not exceed 200 grams. You should also drink more water, about 6-8 glasses of water.

Day 6: Drink the slimming soup only once, and eat some beef and vegetables. You can eat steak, but not too much, and do not eat baked potatoes.

Day 7: Eat some rice, drink some slimming soup and juice without adding sugar, then eat more vegetables, but don’t add too much oil.

2. How to cook slimming soup

Ingredients: 6 tomatoes, 6 onions, 3 cans of tomato sauce, 1 cabbage, 3 peppers, 3 celery
