The harm of excessive anal lifting

The harm of excessive anal lifting

Everyone knows that anal diseases can make patients feel uneasy, so more and more people in society are now aware of the importance of anal health. The most common anal diseases in the human body are hemorrhoids, anal fistula, etc. In fact, both of these anal diseases can be prevented through some health care methods in daily life. Among them, lifting the anus is a way to prevent anal diseases, but what harm will excessive lifting of the anus have on the human body?

The harm of levator ani exercise for astigmatism

As for the ani lifting exercise itself, it is just an exercise for the anal muscle group. It does not involve adverse factors such as drugs and is harmless. It can be performed by men, women, young and old.

However, if the exercise method is incorrect or the anal exercises are performed excessively, it may cause over-training of the ani muscles and affect the urination function. Moreover, if the anus is lifted for a long time, the anal muscles will become stiff and unable to expand, causing the anus to become narrow, resulting in difficulty in defecation.

Anal lifting exercises can be done while sitting, standing, or lying down. One lifting and one relaxation counts as one time.
