Will cervical spondylosis cause facial swelling?

Cervical spondylosis is a relatively common spinal disease, which is mainly caused by compression or stimulation of neurons. Cervical spondylosis is closely related to long-term desk work, overwork, aging, and cervical vertebrae injury. It usually causes dizziness, limb numbness, etc. Massage, acupuncture, and massage can be used to dredge the meridians and relieve the condition. So, can cervical spondylosis cause facial swelling?

Problems with the cervical spine are common diseases. Most of them do not require medication or surgical treatment. Find an osteopath. Their techniques are specialized in treating this type of disease. By no longer compressing the nerves, the corresponding symptoms will naturally disappear. There will be a little pain in the skin and flesh during the treatment, but it will be fine after a rest. Normally the treatment time does not exceed ten minutes.

Cervical spondylosis can indeed cause one pupil to become larger and the other smaller, half of the face to become swollen, and there to be no sweating. This is because the protruding intervertebral disc, articular process or osteophyte stimulates the sympathetic nerves, which is medically called "Horner Syndrome" and belongs to the sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Some other symptoms include headache, dizziness, black spots in front of the eyes, arrhythmia, etc.

Cervical spondylosis generally does not cause facial flushing and sweating. The main symptoms of cervical spondylosis are soreness in the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, stiff neck and limited movement. Neck and shoulder pain can radiate to the headrest and upper limbs, and some are accompanied by dizziness and room spinning. In severe cases, there is nausea and vomiting, and the patient is bedridden.

The clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis are relatively complex. The main symptoms include neck and back pain, upper limb weakness, numbness of fingers, involuntary tremors, lower limb weakness, difficulty walking, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and even blurred vision, heart disease, difficulty swallowing, throat discomfort, and insufficient blood supply to the brain. The clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis are related to the site of the lesion, the degree of tissue involvement and individual differences.
