How to use the rice cooker's hot rice function

Many people like to eat rice. When most people steam rice, they basically use electric rice cookers. As we all know, electric rice cookers are widely used. They can not only be used to steam rice and cook porridge, but also to make various cakes. Sometimes when we eat rice, we accidentally cook more, and often need to eat two meals to finish it. How to use the hot rice function of the electric rice cooker?

How to use the rice cooker's hot rice function

First of all, you must remember not to evenly mix the leftover rice. It is completely unnecessary. You should even pile up the rice instead of spreading it flat at the bottom of the rice cooker.

Dig a hole and add boiling water until the visible water height is about 1-1.5CM. Don't think that this is a lot of water. Don't worry, you will know it is not much when you eat.

After adding water, use a rice spoon to move the leftover rice a few times. The leftover rice that was added with water first is easier to move as a whole. The purpose of moving is to ensure that the bottom of the leftover rice has been moved. Be careful not to turn over the leftover rice, never turn it over, and don't mix it evenly.

Press the cooking switch and let the rice cooker work. The rice processed in this way will be like the first time cooking. The switch of the rice cooker will jump off automatically. The rice will not burn and will not be not very hot. It tastes almost the same as lunch.

Precautions

The amount of water can be changed appropriately according to the amount of rice cooked, but according to my experience: if there is very little leftover rice, the amount of water should not be less than 1cm; but if there is a lot of leftover rice, at most 2cm of water will be enough.

After adding water, do not stir the rice, and do not beat the rice evenly after adding water. Just simply move the rice.

How to heat cold rice in a rice cooker:

1. Break up the rice grains as much as possible, especially the large rice balls.

2. Sprinkle some water appropriately.

3. Then turn on the cooking button of the rice cooker.

Note:

1. Do not fill the water container too full to prevent the water from overflowing into the appliance and damaging the components.

2. When using the rice cooker, make sure there is good contact between the bottom of the pot and the heating plate. You can turn the inner pot left and right several times.

3. During the cleaning process, do not allow the electrical parts to come into contact with water to prevent short circuit and leakage.

4. When using, put the food to be steamed into the pot first, cover it, and then plug in the power plug. Before taking out the food, unplug the power plug to ensure safety.
