Quick relief for pharyngitis and insomnia

Quick relief for pharyngitis and insomnia

Sleeping is an indispensable part of daily life for many people, because adequate sleep can help people relieve physical fatigue and achieve a relaxing effect. Many people will encounter some insomnia situations in daily life. For example, patients with pharyngitis cannot breathe due to respiratory problems and cannot achieve a good sleep effect. So for patients with pharyngitis, how can they quickly relieve insomnia?

1. Rinse egg white with water.

This method is very effective in relieving throat pain, but it is a bit strong in taste. If you can’t stand the smell of eggs, you can choose other methods below. Crack an egg (the fresher the better, best when it is still warm) into a bowl and discard the egg white, but not the yolk. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to rinse it and simmer for 3-5 minutes. You can also add some sugar according to your taste. When the temperature is right, you can drink it slowly, taking small sips each time to allow the egg water to fully contact the throat. It is very easy to use and usually only needs to be used 2 or 3 times.

2. Sugar and cold water

If you really can't stand the fishy smell of eggs in the above method, you can use this method. Prepare white sugar, pour boiling water into a bowl, add appropriate amount of white sugar and cool for a while, drink it when the water temperature becomes cool and there is no residual heat. You can prepare a few more bowls. Don't drink it hot, drink it cold. This is not as fast as the above method, but it is also quite effective. The following method is also good. You only need to rinse your mouth. If you don’t want to drink water, you can use the following method. You can also choose any of these 3 methods to combine them, which is more powerful!

3. Rinse your mouth repeatedly with concentrated salt water

Although this is for external use, it is very effective and easy to use. Prepare a cup of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, then pour in boiling water and stir. Then let it cool for a while, then pour it into a large bowl and pour it back and forth to accelerate heat dissipation. Although it is light salt water, its concentration is higher than normal drinking water and it will taste salty. You don't need to drink it. Make sure the water temperature is not too hot when rinsing your mouth. Wait until the water temperature is suitable, hold a mouthful in your mouth, and then rinse your mouth back and forth. Spit it out after a while, and then take a new mouthful. You can tilt your head back and do some rinsing and rinsing to give the salt water a chance to come into contact with your throat. It would be best if you could repeat gargling every 10 minutes, 6-10 times a day.
