Laser cutting is actually a very popular surgical method nowadays. This surgery can be used to treat many diseases, and the most important one is to treat hemorrhoids. If this disease occurs, this method can only be used. However, after laser cutting, you must pay attention to protect yourself and avoid any bacterial infection, so as to avoid bleeding. Laser ablation is one of the laser treatments for hemorrhoids. The laser used in laser cutting has a very small focused spot, which can be as small as 0.2mm. When this tiny spot is moved along the expected cutting line, it can quickly cut the tissue, so it is called a "light knife". Laser surgery to remove hemorrhoids causes minimal or sometimes no bleeding. Therefore, during the operation, resection, hemostasis and suturing can be completed at one time, which simplifies the operation procedure. Compared with surgical resection, the operation time is relatively shortened and the pain is less. Specific surgical method: Take the left lateral position, perform routine disinfection, relax and anesthetize the anus, and use a curved vascular clamp to clamp the bottom of the internal hemorrhoids in the longitudinal direction of the intestine. The surrounding tissues were covered with moist saline gauze for protection. Use a laser knife to cut the hemorrhoidal tissue along the vascular clamp until the wound surface becomes a black eschar. The "excimer laser surgery" that people generally refer to should be called "excimer laser refractive corneal surgery", which mainly includes three types of procedures: (1) Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) is the earliest method used in clinical practice. PRK is currently considered safe and effective in correcting low to moderate myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism, but it is rarely used due to complications such as postoperative pain and refractive regression. (3) Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), which is the current mainstream procedure. It cuts the stromal layer under the corneal flap, maintaining the integrity of the corneal epithelium and anterior Descemet's membrane, and can avoid most complications of PRK. The characteristics are that it broadens the correction range of myopia, there is no pain during and after the operation, the vision recovers quickly, and no corneal cataracts are left. During the operation, a micro-knife is used to cut a thin corneal flap with a pedicle on the cornea. The flap is then opened, laser cutting is performed on the flap, and then the flap is restored to its original position. This can be used for low, medium and high myopia. LASIK also has defects caused by the corneal flap, namely, corneal flap wrinkles, displacement, epithelial implantation under the corneal flap, astigmatism and excessive cutting, which cause corneal ectasia, keratoconus, etc. (According to a survey, 80% of keratoconus patients are related to LASIK). For patients with high relative myopia who have high corneal myopia and ASIK is limited, but for patients with high myopia whose corneal flap is thick enough, LASIK is still the first choice. |
