A simple dietary recipe to relieve insomnia in patients with esophageal cancer

Steamed Pork Liver with Albizzia Julibrissin

Ingredients: 200 grams of pork liver, 10 grams of julibrissin flowers (dried).

Preparation: Add a little water to the flowers of Albizia Julibrissin and soak for 4 to 6 hours. Slice the pork liver and put them on a dish. Add a little salt to season and steam until cooked.

Effect: Soothes depression, regulates qi, nourishes liver and calms mind. Suitable for insomnia, flank pain, etc.

Chicken Liver and Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients: 100 grams of chicken liver, 100 grams of cabbage heart, 10 grams of soaked black fungus, 10 grams of fried sour jujube kernels, 10 grams of polygala, and appropriate amounts of vegetable oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger, and salt.

Preparation method: decoct the juice of Polygala tenuifolia and jujube kernel, remove the residue and concentrate it to 50 ml for later use; wash the chicken liver, Chinese cabbage and black fungus, slice the chicken liver and cut the Chinese cabbage into sections for later use; sauté the scallion and ginger until fragrant, add the chicken liver slices mixed with rice wine, stir-fry over high heat and serve; heat a small amount of vegetable oil, add the Chinese cabbage and black fungus, stir-fry briefly over high heat, then add the chicken liver slices, the juice, salt and a little soy sauce, stir-fry quickly over high heat and serve.

Effect: It calms the mind, improves intelligence, nourishes blood and activates blood circulation. It has certain effects on insomnia, palpitations and dreams.

Longan, Jujube, and Lotus Seed Soup

Ingredients: 20 grams of longan meat, 10 grams of fried jujube kernels, 20 grams of lotus seeds, 10 grams of lily, and 20 grams of rock sugar.

Preparation method: Soak lotus seeds in boiling water and remove the thin skin; wash lilies and jujube kernels and put them in a gauze bag. Put longan pulp, lotus seeds, lilies and the gauze bag of jujube kernels into a pot, add water and boil until lotus seeds and lilies are cooked, discard the gauze bag of jujube kernels, add crystal sugar, and it can be eaten after saccharification.

Effect: Nourishes the heart and spleen, soothes the mind and relieves symptoms of irritability, insomnia and dreaminess.
