Why does hair fall out when washing hair with tea seed powder?

Washing your hair with tea seed powder has a very good care effect on the hair. It is very effective in preventing dandruff and scalp itching. It has a good effect on nourishing and caring for the hair. However, you must be careful when using tea seed powder to wash your hair. It cannot be used for a long time. If used for a long time, it may cause hair loss. After all, it is a medicinal material, and it is three-point poison. You must be careful.

Tea seed powder is not suitable for long-term washing of hair

As the saying goes, "All medicines are poisonous to some extent." According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, no matter how good something is, excessive dosage will cause adverse reactions. Although tea seed powder is a purely green and natural shampoo product, it is generally not recommended to wash your hair with tea seed powder every day. Because of the strong degreasing ability of tea saponin, if used every day, it may wash away the oil in the hair itself. However, as long as we set the frequency of use according to the oiliness of our hair and suit our own hair characteristics, there is no saying that tea seed powder is not suitable for long-term hair washing.

How to use tea seed powder to wash your hair

1: Take an appropriate amount of tea seed powder, 30-35 grams for short hair and 35-50 grams for long hair, place it in a basin, pour about 1L of boiling water, which is the amount of two 500ML mineral water bottles, stir it, let it stand until the water temperature is suitable, and then start washing your hair. You can also wrap it in a gauze bag (or unused stockings) and tighten the bag opening to prevent the tea dregs from spilling out of the shampoo water. 2: Soak in boiling water for a few minutes (the ingredients in the tea dregs can quickly seep into the water), until the water changes color to brown. 3: When washing your hair, the water temperature can be slightly higher (as long as you can bear it). This will help the effective ingredients in the tea dregs to enter the hair faster. A special note is that the water for soaking the tea dregs should be cooled naturally, and do not add cold water to adjust the temperature in the middle.

4: When the water becomes cooler, you can put your hands in the water and stir it with your hands. Bubbles will float on the water surface. The ingredients in the tea dregs will come out very quickly. The water will become yellow and a little turbid. Then use this water to wash your hair. Use a tea seed bag wrapped in gauze to rub and massage your head. Scrub and wash repeatedly for more than 3-5 minutes (the longer the time, the better the effect). Finally, rinse it clean.
