Health food therapy for lymphoma patients during chemotherapy

Lymphoma is a relatively common malignant tumor with a high incidence rate in my country. Lymphoma patients may experience various adverse reactions during chemotherapy and should pay attention to dietary adjustments, which can not only replenish nutrition for the body's recovery, but also relieve some discomfort symptoms after treatment.

Lamb bone porridge

Ingredients: 1000 grams of lamb bones, 100 grams of polished rice, a little fine salt, 2 scallions, and 3 slices of ginger.

Preparation method: Wash and crush the fresh sheep bones, add water to boil the soup, use the soup instead of water, and cook porridge with rice. When the porridge is almost done, add fine salt, ginger, and green onion seasonings, and cook it for two or three times.

Usage: Take 1-2 times daily.

Efficacy: Suitable for patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency after chemotherapy for malignant lymphoma.

Minced Pork with Wolfberry and Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 100-150 grams of minced meat, 100 grams each of wolfberry and pine nuts.

Preparation method: Add rice wine, salt and seasonings to the minced meat, stir-fry in a pan until half cooked, then add wolfberry and pine nuts and stir-fry again.

Usage: Take once a day as a side dish.

Efficacy: Suitable for patients with yin deficiency, internal heat, and irritability after chemotherapy for lymphoma.

Pig Kidney and Cibotium Soup

Ingredients: 30 grams of water chestnuts, 1 pig kidney and 1 testicle each, a little salt, green onion and ginger.

Preparation method: Soak the water chestnuts for 2 hours, boil them into a soup, filter the soup, then wash the pig kidneys and testicles, remove the debris, cut into cubes, add the filtered soup of water chestnuts, cook them together, then add salt, green onion and ginger and simmer until cooked.

Usage: Drink the soup and eat the pig kidneys as a side dish.

Efficacy: It can relieve the symptoms of deficiency of essence and blood in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy.
