Symptoms of brain cancer that are easily overlooked in life

Brain cancer is a central nervous system tumor with a high incidence rate, which can cause varying degrees of damage to the patient's mental system. Because brain cancer symptoms lack specificity, when similar signs appear, they are easily ignored or misdiagnosed, thus delaying timely treatment.

1. Chronic headaches

People are under great pressure in life and work, and are prone to headaches. This seemingly common symptom exists in many people, and they would not associate it with brain cancer. Generally, tension headaches or migraines can lead to chronic headaches. When rest or painkillers cannot relieve the headaches, and the headaches last for more than two weeks, you should be highly alert to brain cancer and see a doctor in time.

2. Deafness with visual impairment

The elderly often suffer from deafness, tinnitus, blurred vision, etc. due to declining physical functions. Some family members or patients do not take it seriously, and even do not come to the hospital for treatment when their condition gradually worsens. They do not realize that the situation is not good until they experience severe vomiting, headaches, etc. In this case, once examined, it is often in the middle or late stages, and the treatment effect is poor for elderly patients.

3. Neck discomfort

Cerebellar or brainstem tumors often present with dizziness, neck discomfort, and limb numbness. Most patients believe that they are suffering from overwork or cervical spondylosis. They often use inappropriate treatments such as medication, cervical traction, and Chinese medicine massage, which delays the disease.

4. Children walk unsteadily

The incidence of brain cancer in children is extremely high. Because parents do not understand the symptoms of brain cancer in children, children cannot express their pain clearly or even speak. When children have unsteady walking, parents may think it is a common symptom of their children's growth and miss the best time for diagnosis and treatment.
