Patients with large wounds or multiple bedsores should first use normal saline to clean the wound, then use infrared lamps to irradiate for 20 minutes, and after the wound is dry, use polyantigen liquid to wet compress, then use infrared lamps to irradiate for 10 minutes, and finally cover with sterilized lithospermum oil gauze. Patients with more exudate should change the dressing three times a day. ?

3. Metronidazole

This medicine is effective in killing anaerobic bacteria, and can dilate blood vessels and enhance blood circulation. After flushing with this medicine, wet the wound surface and then irradiate with infrared light for 20 minutes. Generally, 3 to 4 times a day is enough.

4. Fibroblast growth factor?

First, disinfect the bedsore locally, clean it, and evenly cover the wound with 2% fibroblast growth factor ointment, then bandage it with a sterile dressing and change the dressing once a day. This can accelerate cell growth and repair the wound.
