The relationship between dietary habits and pancreatic cancer

The fat in meat stimulates the secretion of cholecystokinin in the upper part of the small intestine, which increases the transport of pancreatic cells and thus increases the sensitivity to carcinogens. Therefore, people who eat a lot of meat have a higher incidence of pancreatic cancer.

The research results on the relationship between coffee and ethanol and pancreatic cancer are inconsistent and controversial. Early research results showed that coffee and ethanol are risk factors for pancreatic cancer, but there is currently insufficient evidence to show that coffee and ethanol are related to pancreatic cancer.
