What are the current types of liver cancer

How much do you know about the types of liver cancer? At present, there are too many patients suffering from liver cancer, and people are generally beginning to pay attention to this high-risk malignant tumor disease. Experts tell us that liver cancer is a medium-to-high-risk cancer. Since there are no particularly obvious symptoms in the early stages of its onset, it is often ignored by people, so everyone should learn more about liver cancer. In order to let more people know about this knowledge, let's listen to what the experts say.

Among all cancers, the incidence of liver cancer in my country ranks second. According to statistics, about 260,000 people die of liver cancer every year in the world, and nearly 100,000 in my country. Due to its high malignancy, rapid progression, and difficulty in treatment, liver cancer has become the "king of cancers" that seriously threatens human health and life, and it is worth vigilance.

Liver abscess type: The patient has obvious liver enlargement and significant liver pain, which develops rapidly and is accompanied by fever and secondary anemia, which is very similar to a single liver abscess.

Cirrhosis type: The patient originally had symptoms of cirrhosis, but recently developed liver pain, liver enlargement, liver function decline, etc.; or the patient recently developed symptoms similar to cirrhosis such as loss of appetite, anemia, emaciation, ascites, jaundice, etc., but the enlargement of the liver is not obvious.

Liver tumor type: This type is more typical. The patient was originally healthy but suddenly developed an enlarged liver and other symptoms. It is undoubtedly a malignant tumor.

Cancer metastasis type: Clinically, there are only manifestations of distant metastasis of the cancer, while the primary lesion is not obvious, and it is impossible to distinguish whether it is liver cancer or other cancers; even if the liver is enlarged, it is often difficult to distinguish whether it is primary or secondary liver cancer.
