The oil with the highest amount of unsaturated fatty acids

The oil with the highest amount of unsaturated fatty acids

At present, there are more and more types of edible oils, but most people now choose to eat vegetable oils, so that the calories and cholesterol content will not be too high. Especially for some patients who already have three high diseases, they should not eat animal oils. Moreover, vegetable oils are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which can be more easily digested by people's gastrointestinal tract after ingestion.

Edible oil, also known as "cooking oil", refers to animal or vegetable fats used in the process of making food. It is liquid at room temperature. Due to the source of raw materials, processing technology and quality, common edible oils are mostly vegetable oils, including corn oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, hemp oil, corn oil, olive oil, camellia oil, palm oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil (sesame oil), grape seed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, etc.

Healthy Ingredients: Soybeans

Soybean oil is rich in lecithin and unsaturated fatty acids and is easy to digest and absorb.

Function

Lecithin is known as one of the three major nutrients along with protein and vitamins. It can enhance the activity of brain cells, help maintain the structure of brain cells, slow down memory decline, and is very helpful in enhancing the baby's memory. Unsaturated fatty acids can lower cholesterol and protect the baby's blood circulation. However, polyunsaturated fatty acids can also lower good cholesterol and are prone to produce fumes and toxic substances at high temperatures. Therefore, you must master the correct operating methods and pay attention to safety when eating.

Cooking method: low temperature or high temperature less than 200℃

Storage method: Avoid light and direct sunlight

High zinc peanut oil

Healthy ingredients: Peanuts (also known as longan nuts)

Peanuts are high-protein crops, rich in fat, lecithin, vitamins A, B, E, K, as well as zinc, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other elements, and are rich in nutrients.

Function

More than 80% of peanut oil components are unsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids that are essential to the human body. Among them, the content of trace element zinc is also the highest among edible oils. Every 100 grams of peanut oil contains 8.48 mg of zinc, which is 37 times that of salad oil, 16 times that of rapeseed oil, and 7 times that of soybean oil.

Cooking method: frying, stir-frying, deep-frying, high temperature below 200℃

Usage: Heat the frying pan and pour in peanut oil. Heat the oil until it is 70% to 80% hot, avoiding burning it to the point of smoking.

Dosage: The total daily amount should not exceed 25 grams. The daily dosage for middle-aged and elderly people with hyperlipidemia, obesity, diabetes, etc. is 20 grams.

Storage method: Avoid light and direct sunlight

olive oil

Healthy Ingredients: Olive Fruit

Olive oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, minerals and vitamins.

Function

The unsaturated fatty acids contained in olive oil can lower low-density cholesterol without harming other beneficial components of the human body. Olive oil is considered to be "the most suitable oil for human nutrition discovered so far" and has very high nutritional value. The antioxidant components in it can also prevent many chronic diseases. Moreover, since olive oil does not undergo any chemical treatment during the production process, its natural nutrients are kept very intact, making it just right for babies to eat.

Usage: Olive oil has a light aroma and is suitable for making cold dishes. You can also boil the vegetables in water and pour olive oil over them before eating. When cooking with olive oil, the olive oil will not be affected if the oil temperature does not exceed 190 degrees Celsius.

Dosage: It is recommended to consume olive oil every day or every other day, and the total daily amount should not exceed 35 grams.
