Can bladder cancer be transmitted to a spouse?

Nowadays, with the rapid development of industrial technology and the deterioration of the environment, more and more people are suffering from bladder cancer. Many healthy people are also very afraid of bladder cancer infecting themselves. In response to this problem, experts say that bladder cancer is not contagious, and everyone does not need to be too troubled by this problem. You should face life with a relaxed and positive attitude.

Cancer is not like other germs that can be transmitted from one person to another. Even if sexual intercourse occurs, it cannot be transmitted to another person through sexual contact. The reason is simple. Cancer is not an infectious disease. It cannot transmit oncogenes into other people's bodies through any means to cause cancer. Even if cancer cells are implanted into other people's bodies, they cannot survive. Because to the body, other people's cancer cells are a kind of foreign body. The body can kill other people's cancer cells through its powerful immune rejection ability. Therefore, it can be absolutely said that bladder cancer is not contagious. The simplest reason is that tumors are not infectious diseases. It cannot transmit oncogenes into other people's bodies through any means to cause tumors. Even if tumor cells are transplanted into other people's bodies, it is difficult for them to survive because of the rejection reaction.
Infection requires three conditions: infection source, transmission route and susceptible population. None of the three can be missing. Clinical data proves that cancer patients themselves are not infection sources. Experts have conducted experiments in which cancer tissue removed from cancer patients and directly implanted in another person cannot survive and grow. Although it is currently believed that the occurrence of certain cancers is related to certain viruses, such as cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, and leukemia, it has not yet been confirmed that infection with certain viruses will definitely lead to certain cancers. There is no doubt that people's concerns about whether bladder cancer is contagious are completely self-inflicted.
