Is kidney cancer puncture important?

Kidney cancer, people may be unfamiliar with this disease. Some friends around them suspected that their kidneys were not healthy and had occasional back pain. Because it was only occasional, they did not go for a check-up. It was not until the later stage that it was found out, but it was already kidney cancer. It was too late to regret. Kidney cancer is a difficult disease to treat, so special attention should be paid to details during the diagnosis process. If the diagnosis is wrong, serious errors will occur during the treatment, leading to misdiagnosis.

Renal biopsy and renal angiography have limited diagnostic value for renal cancer. For patients with small tumors whose nature is difficult to determine by imaging diagnosis, nephron-sparing surgery or regular (1-3 months) follow-up examinations can be chosen. For elderly and frail patients with renal cancer, patients with contraindications to surgery, or patients with advanced renal cancer who cannot undergo surgery and need chemotherapy or other treatments (such as radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation, etc.), renal biopsy can be selected to obtain a pathological diagnosis before treatment for a clear diagnosis.
Warm reminder: The most obvious symptoms of kidney cancer are painless hematuria, lumps in the waist or upper abdomen, and waist pain. The necessary examinations are X-ray examinations: X-ray abdominal plain film, intravenous urography, retrograde cystography, abdominal aortography, renal artery angiography, intravenous renal parenchymal tomography, inferior vena cava angiography, and perirenal pneumatic angiography are all helpful for the diagnosis of kidney tumors. Patients should pay attention.
