Is the pus from the ear piercing squeezed out cleanly?

Nowadays, many girls choose to get their ears pierced for beauty. However, although piercing the ears looks beautiful, it can cause damage to the ears. The flesh of the ears is relatively fragile and there is a high possibility of purulent infection. If the ear holes are oozing pus, do not squeeze them too clean in a short period of time. Clean them regularly to allow the pus to slowly disappear. In addition, there are many precautions that need to be understood clearly after piercing the ears.

1. Try to hit next to where you hit last time.

2. It is best to wait three or four days after getting your ears pierced before washing your hair. After washing, be sure to use a cotton swab to dry the ear holes and the surrounding skin, then wipe the ear holes with hydrogen peroxide and apply some erythromycin ointment to prevent inflammation. In addition, it is best to change to plastic ear studs or ear sticks (tea stems are also good) three or four days after piercing your ears. It would be better if the ear sticks or ear studs are anti-allergenic, because most of the studs used for piercing the ears are not pure silver, and many of the so-called "pure silver" ear studs sold on the market actually contain other metal components, which can easily cause inflammation of the ear holes.

3. When changing earrings, first clean the ear hole with hydrogen peroxide (do not use alcohol, it is too irritating), insert the new earring in erythromycin ointment to let it stick to the ointment, and then insert it into the ear hole.

4. Use a cotton swab to dry the moisture of the ear hole and the surrounding skin after washing your face, hair and bath. If necessary, you can apply erythromycin ointment around the ear hole to prevent inflammation.

5. It is not recommended to take out the earrings frequently to clean the earrings right after piercing. When wearing earrings, you can rub the area around the earrings with hydrogen peroxide, and then apply erythromycin ointment. Otherwise, it will be painful and difficult to insert the earrings back.

6. Try not to touch the earrings and ear holes with your hands, because there are a lot of bacteria on your hands, but you need to gently turn the earrings every day.

7. Keep the support behind the earrings as loose as possible to avoid inflammation caused by water accumulation.

8. After getting your ears pierced, try not to drink alcohol, eat seafood, or eat spicy food, as these can easily cause redness, swelling, and inflammation of the ear holes. It's best to wait until the ear holes have healed before eating anything.
