Methods for checking myocardial infarction

Methods for checking myocardial infarction

There are actually many symptoms of myocardial infarction in a person. For example, if you often experience chest tightness and palpitations, you should consider whether you have a myocardial infarction. Everyone should know that the mortality rate of myocardial infarction is very high, so if you have any symptoms of myocardial infarction in your body, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis in time. In the process of diagnosis in the hospital, what are the detection methods for myocardial infarction?

The tests to confirm myocardial infarction include myoglobin, electrocardiogram, blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), creatine phosphate kinase isoenzyme, cardiac enzymes, coronary angiography, and myocardial injury markers. You can also do a high-power CT scan to check whether your cardiovascular system is normal, and do a visual blood analysis to check whether there is any infarction or embolism in the circulating blood.

Myocardial infarction is also called myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction (myocardial infarction) is a blockage of coronary arteries, which interrupts blood flow and causes local necrosis of part of the myocardium due to severe and persistent ischemia.

Clinically, there are severe and persistent pain behind the sternum, fever, leukocytosis, accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate, increased serum myocardial enzyme activity and progressive electrocardiogram changes, which may lead to arrhythmia, shock or heart failure.

Tips for preventing heart attack:

1. Avoid overwork: especially avoid lifting heavy objects. It may induce myocardial infarction in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.

2. Relax your mind: live happily and be able to stay calm about everything.

3. Pay special attention when taking a bath: Do not take a bath when you are full or hungry. The water temperature should be equivalent to body temperature, and the bathing time should not be too long. Patients with more severe coronary heart disease should take a bath with the help of others.
