How do cancer cells become bad? What can be done to prevent cells from becoming cancerous?

Cancer cells exist in the body. They were originally normal cells in the human body. Facing the powerful human immune system, it is actually very difficult for cancer cells to be produced. They need to break through the layers of "barriers" of the human immune system and try hard and hard to survive. Cancer cells are transformed from normal cells, just like bad people are transformed from good people. Bad people were good people before they became bad, but they are different from good people after they become bad. Cancer cells are the same. They are transformed from normal cells, but after becoming cancer cells, they are different from normal cells in appearance, morphology, function and metabolism.

It can be seen that cancer itself does not come from outside, but ultimately comes from the body's own cells. Its source is the body itself, which is the alienation of its own normal cells. Cancer is like a bad guy. It was originally a good guy, but later it became corrupted and bad due to certain factors, and began to do bad things and become destructive.

A cancer cell can rapidly multiply into billions of cancer cells and eventually become a visible tumor. After a tumor is formed, it is just a newborn (early benign tumor). If it is not killed in the cradle, it will continue to recruit troops, fight monsters and upgrade, and eventually it will continue to suppress and erode normal cells like a cheat, and eventually become a big devil (malignant tumor) that dominates the human body and prospers and perishes.

Do this and cancer cells won’t be able to do anything to you!

1. Cancer screening based on age

According to the cancer data released by the National Cancer Center in 2017, the incidence rate of Chinese people increases rapidly after the age of 40, reaching a peak at the age of 80. At the age of 85, a person's risk of cancer is 36%. Therefore, people over the age of 40 should undergo regular cancer screening (once every 1-2 years). Cancer screening mainly includes physical examination, blood test, imaging examination, endoscopic examination and cytological examination.

2. Control your weight

Too much fat will increase the risk of colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, endometrial cancer and breast cancer in menopausal women. It is recommended that you drink more water, exercise more, weigh yourself regularly, and eat a reasonable diet (less fried high-calorie foods, more fruits and vegetables).

3. Limit salt

The daily intake of salt (2.4 grams of sodium) should be less than 6 grams, which is about the amount of a beer bottle cap (without the soft rubber pad) per person, including the amount of salt intake through various channels such as soy sauce, pickles, MSG and other condiments. Studies have found that excessive salt intake (more than 10 grams per day) is directly related to the occurrence of high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease and induced cerebral hemorrhage.

At the same time, high-salt and salted foods contain a lot of nitrates, which are converted into nitrites by bacteria in the stomach and then combined with amines in food to form ammonium nitrite, which is highly carcinogenic. Foods processed with salt (such as sauerkraut, kimchi, salted fish, etc.) should also be limited.

4. Quit smoking and drinking

People have long known that smoking and drinking may damage the human body's mechanisms and lead to cancer, but these are just speculations and the mechanisms are not clear.

With the development of genetic technology, scientists have revealed the reasons why smoking and drinking cause cancer from a genetic level. Smoking and drinking not only cause DNA damage and cause cancer, but also prevent gene repair, which is extremely dangerous. Let's put it this way, the pain of quitting smoking and drinking is definitely less than the pain caused to the human body after getting cancer. Other studies have shown that if people stop smoking, the number of cancers in the world will be reduced by 1/3 in 5 years.
