1. Ingredients for shrimp and sea cucumber: 150 grams of dried sea cucumber, 3 grams of salt, 150 grams of dried shrimp, 3 grams of MSG, 500 milliliters of broth, 6 grams of starch, 15 grams each of onion and ginger, 30 grams of lard, 30 milliliters of cooking wine, and 6 milliliters of soy sauce.
Preparation method: (1) Soak dried sea cucumber and dried shrimp in boiling water. When they become soft and swell, remove them, remove the internal organs and impurities, and wash them. Then put the sea cucumber in the pot, add clean water, and boil it over low heat. Then remove the pot from the heat and wait for it to swell until the sea cucumber is fully expanded (avoid oil and salt during this process to prevent the oil from dissolving it and the salt from shrinking it). (2) Cut the fully expanded sea cucumber in a cross shape from the belly, blanch it in boiling water, remove it, drain it and set it aside. Dosage: Take with meals.
Efficacy: nourishes yin and blood, nourishes the kidney and moistens dryness, and enhances the body's immune function. Suitable for auxiliary treatment of constipation, dizziness, tinnitus and cancer patients.
2. Ingredients for soybean, brown rice and pumpkin porridge: 50 grams of soybeans, 100 grams of brown rice, 120 grams of pumpkin, and appropriate amounts of water and salt.
Preparation: (1) Wash the soybeans and soak them in water for 3-4 hours. Wash the brown rice and soak it in water for about 1 hour. (2) Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces for later use. (3) Add the soybeans and 6 cups of water to a pot and cook over medium heat until the soybeans are soft. (4) Add the brown rice and pumpkin and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat and simmer until the beans are crisp and the pumpkin is fragrant.
