What effect does proper exercise have on gallbladder cancer?

Gallbladder cancer can actually be effectively prevented. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of gallbladder cancer is also related to changes in living habits. Experts say: Many patients do not pay attention to their daily living habits, coupled with increased work pressure, unreasonable diet structure, etc., which can easily cause gallbladder cancer. Therefore, regular exercise has a certain effect on preventing gallbladder cancer, and proper exercise can reduce the possibility of recurrence of gallbladder cancer.

1. Muscles generate high heat during exercise, and even rise to over 40 degrees Celsius during strenuous exercise. Cancer cells are far less resistant to heat than normal cells and are easily killed.
2. Exercise allows the human body to inhale several to dozens of times more oxygen than usual. The average person inhales 4-7 liters of oxygen per minute when at rest, but can reach more than 100 liters during exercise. The increase in oxygen intake and the frequent exchange of gases can excrete some carcinogens from the body.
3. Exercise stimulates the secretion of certain hormones in the body, speeds up the production of white blood cells in the bone marrow, increases the number of white blood cells, prolongs their survival time, and increases the ability of phagocytic cells. In this way, once a small number of cancer cells appear in the body, they will soon be besieged and destroyed by a large number of white blood cells.
4. Exercise makes the body sweat a lot. Sweat can excrete some carcinogens from the body in time, greatly reducing the possibility of cancer.
5. Exercise speeds up and increases the body's blood circulation. When the blood circulation is accelerated, the cancer cells in the body are like small grains of sand in a rapid current. They are unable to gain a foothold in an internal organ, grow, develop, or metastasize and spread.
