First, mildly infected endometrium only has congestion, edema, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and round cell infiltration. Severe infection will cause suppuration, extensive necrosis, and may involve the underlying muscle layer to form acute uterine myositis.

The early symptoms of endometrial cancer are characterized by rapid onset, chills or even shivering, fever (38-40℃), rapid pulse, general weakness, sweating, severe pain in the lower abdomen, prolapse, and backache. There is a large amount of bloody, purulent or watery leucorrhea with a foul odor. In case of postpartum infection, the lochia is earthy in color.

Signs: The patient has tenderness in the lower abdomen. Speculum examination shows a large amount of purulent or foul, bloody and smelly secretions overflowing from the uterine ostium. Bimanual examination shows tenderness when the cervix is ​​lifted. The uterine body is swollen, soft and tender due to congestion and edema. Laboratory tests show an increase in the total number of white blood cells and neutrophils.

The above introduces the symptoms of endometrial cancer. The harmful effects of endometrial cancer are also relatively serious. Therefore, if the symptoms of endometrial cancer are not taken seriously, the condition of endometrial cancer patients will worsen. This is the only way to reduce the occurrence of endometrial cancer.
