What are the symptoms of endometrial cancer during pregnancy

As the number of patients with uterine cancer gradually increases, our understanding of uterine cancer is becoming more and more profound. In recent years, with the changes in living and social environments, the incidence of cervical cancer has also increased, becoming the most common gynecological malignancy. So, what are the general symptoms and treatment methods of uterine cancer? Let's listen to the experts' introduction below.

Symptoms of uterine cancer:

Vaginal bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding, especially contact bleeding (i.e. bleeding after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination) and postmenopausal vaginal bleeding are the main symptoms of uterine cancer patients. Cauliflower-like cervical cancer bleeding occurs earlier and the amount of bleeding is heavier. Therefore, this is one of the symptoms of uterine cancer.

Increased vaginal discharge: thin, white, watery, rice-water-like or bloody, with a fishy odor. When the cancerous tissue of uterine cancer ruptures and becomes infected, the discharge may be purulent and have a foul odor.

Late stage symptoms: Due to the infiltration and metastasis of uterine cancer, symptoms may appear in the corresponding parts or even the whole body, such as frequent urination, urgency, anal swelling, constipation, lower limb swelling and pain, sciatica, hydronephrosis, renal failure, uremia, etc., and eventually lead to systemic failure. This is also a common symptom of uterine cancer.

Treatment of uterine cancer:

Surgery: Surgery is the earliest and most effective method for treating uterine cancer. The advantage is that the treatment effect is direct and rapid, and patients with early uterine cancer can be partially cured through surgery. The disadvantage is that it has a greater risk of tumors in complex and sensitive areas; it is ineffective for small lesions and subclinical metastatic lesions; at the same time, because it is a local treatment, it cannot solve the problem of cancer cell spread and metastasis.

Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy is a treatment method that uses high-energy electromagnetic radiation to act on living organisms to change the structure of biological molecules and destroy cancer cells. Radiation can treat uterine cancer because cancer cells are sensitive to radiation, but whether it is effective also depends on many factors. Due to the high degree of malignancy of the tumor and the high chance of distant metastasis, it is difficult to cure it.

Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy is the process of bringing drugs to the whole body through blood vessels, affecting all cells in the body. Since chemical drugs have huge toxic side effects, while killing malignant cells in the human body, they also kill normal cells, especially immune cells, destroying the immune system of uterine cancer patients.

Biological immunotherapy: Biological immunotherapy uses the body's own special functional cells that are specifically designed to fight cancer cells. After further activation and growth in a GMP standard laboratory, it is infused back into the patient's body. While effectively killing malignant cells, it repairs and strengthens the body's immune system, giving tumor cells no chance to metastasize. It prevents spread and metastasis in all directions, and significantly increases the 5-year survival rate of uterine cancer patients by nearly double compared to traditional treatments!

The above is an introduction to the symptoms and treatment of uterine cancer patients. I hope it can be helpful to everyone. Radiation can treat uterine cancer because cancer cells are sensitive to radiation, but whether it is effective also depends on many factors. Due to the high malignancy of the tumor and the high chance of distant metastasis, it is difficult to cure it. I hope that uterine cancer patients will recover soon.
