What are the symptoms of advanced liver cancer? There are four symptoms

Patients with advanced liver cancer usually experience severe pain because their liver function has completely failed. They also experience metabolic abnormalities and bleeding, which is a relatively serious symptom. In addition, the patient's vital organs will also be damaged, and cachexia due to nutrient depletion may occur.

Liver cancer is a very scary disease. In my country, liver cancer is one of the diseases with the highest incidence. Most liver cancer patients do not feel very uncomfortable in the early stage, but this will cause the liver to be damaged more and more, and liver cancer will form over time. Early liver cancer can usually be cured after some treatment, but the possibility of curing late liver cancer is very small. So what are the symptoms of late liver cancer?
1. Obvious pain: If the patient's liver cancer has reached the late stage, the most obvious symptom is abnormal pain in the liver, and the liver function has completely failed, which will lead to dysfunction of various systems. The patient will experience skin pigmentation, edema, decreased immunity and resistance, malnutrition, and even bleeding on the skin.
2. Metabolic abnormalities and bleeding: Advanced liver cancer patients may also experience metabolic abnormalities and bleeding, which are usually caused by ectopic secretion or metastatic tumors. Patients may experience hypoglycemia, hypercalcemia, or purine and urate metabolic disorders. In severe cases, renal failure or even death may occur. Bleeding in liver cancer patients is usually caused by suppression of bone marrow hematopoietic function or thrombocytopenia. It may also be caused by cancer cells destroying blood vessels, leading to rupture of blood vessels. If the amount of bleeding is large, it may cause the patient's death. Therefore, bleeding is a very serious symptom of advanced liver cancer patients.
3. Damage to important organs: In the late stage of liver cancer, cancer cells will gradually spread to various organs of the patient, which will damage some important organs and destroy the normal structure of the organs. If the tumor blocks the patient's important channels, the patient may experience symptoms such as digestive dysfunction and jaundice, and may even die.
4. Cachexia due to nutrient depletion: As the disease progresses, the cancer cells in patients with advanced liver cancer will consume the patient's nutrients, and the patient's own nutrient intake will be reduced for a long time, so the patient is prone to edema, anemia, and even malnutrition. This is also called cachexia, and the patient will die due to system failure in the long run.
