What is ovarian cancer? 3 ways to prevent ovarian cancer

Many women are very unfamiliar with ovarian cancer. They have heard of cervical cancer, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc., but they only have a vague understanding of ovarian cancer. The ovary is an organ buried deep inside and is usually the place where children are born. Even if there are any symptoms, it is difficult to see. So, what is ovarian cancer?

1. What is ovarian cancer ? Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor in a woman's ovaries. It is one of the three major cancers that threaten women's health. Because the ovaries are located deep inside the body and cover a relatively small area, it is difficult to detect and by the time symptoms appear, it is already too late.
2. Symptoms of ovarian cancer
1. Menstruation gradually decreases: Because a tumor appears in the ovary, and the tumor continues to grow, it will affect the normal function of the ovary, resulting in abnormal bleeding during menstruation. The larger the tumor, the less bleeding, and finally even menopause.

2. The appearance of male physical signs: Because the ovaries secrete estrogen, but the cancer cells continue to spread and the tumor gradually grows, it will disrupt the overall hormone level and cause abnormal estrogen secretion. When estrogen is secreted less, androgen will be more, and many masculine characteristics will appear, such as more body hair and a prominent Adam's apple.
3. Lower limb edema: As the tumor grows larger in the ovary, it will gradually compress the entire pelvic vein, causing obstruction of the lymphatic system circulation, which will lead to edema. The most common symptom is lower limb edema, and the two legs will become thicker than usual.

How to prevent ovarian cancer
1. Drink more green tea: Drink more green tea on a regular basis. The tea polyphenols in it can inhibit the formation and spread of cancer cells. Drinking it regularly can help prevent ovarian cancer.
2. Moderate exercise: Women should do moderate exercise to promote blood circulation throughout the body, speed up metabolism, and excrete toxins from the body as soon as possible. It can also enhance resistance and reduce the risk of ovarian cancer.
3. Clockwise massage: After taking a shower every day, you can drop two drops of essential oil on your abdomen and press clockwise to promote ovarian metabolism, thereby preventing ovarian cancer.
