Advanced symptoms of uterine cancer What are the treatments for uterine cancer

Uterine cancer is a series of malignant tumors that occur in the uterus. The most common cancers in the uterus are endometrial cancer and cervical cancer. Uterine cancer is a malignant tumor that originates from the endometrial glands. It is also called uterine body cancer and is one of the common gynecological malignancies. It is prone to occur during menopause and postmenopause, and is more common in unmarried, infertile, obese women with hypertension and diabetes.

Cancer is a very scary disease in life. When women suffer from cervical cancer, there are generally no obvious symptoms in the early stage. Only in the late stage will the symptoms become more and more obvious, but it has reached a state where there is no cure. So, what are the symptoms of late-stage uterine cancer? Let's learn about it below.

The onset of endometrial cancer is generally believed to be related to estrogen. The most common pathological type is adenocarcinoma. This disease generally develops slowly and directly, and is mainly manifested by irregular vaginal bleeding and increased discharge. Various routes are direct spread or through lymph and blood. The treatment is mainly surgery for half a year, supplemented by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, progesterone anti-estrogen and other drugs. If it can be discovered early, diagnosed early, and treated correctly early, the effect is better. Recurrence is mostly within 3 to 5 years, and there are also long-term recurrences, so long-term follow-up is required.

When suffering from late-stage uterine cancer, cancer cells will continue to be generated, which will cause the cells to be infected. Many cells will become necrotic, some vaginal tissues will rot, and secretions will increase. The secretions will flow out of the vagina like rice water mixed with blood, and will also have a foul odor.

The body temperature of patients with advanced cervical cancer will continue to rise, generally around 38 degrees. This is because tissue necrosis is infected, which causes fever symptoms in the body. At the same time, due to excessive bleeding, they suffer from anemia, which will cause the patient to become thinner day by day.

When cancer cells further invade the bladder tissue, the patient will experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, and blood in the urine. When cancer cells spread to the rectum, the patient will have blood in the stool, difficulty in defecation, and anal swelling. Then as the cancer tissue continues to develop, the symptoms will also show persistent pain, irregular vaginal bleeding, and back pain, and further develop into renal failure. If the body bleeds heavily, hemorrhagic shock will also occur.
