Liver cancer is one of the 10 most common and serious malignant tumors in the world, with 260,000 cases each year, of which 42.5% occur in China, and the incidence rate has been on the rise in recent years. Although the early diagnosis rate of liver cancer has improved, it is still mainly in the late stage of clinical practice, and the survival rate of liver cancer patients is still not high. Generally speaking, traditional treatments for liver cancer include surgery, systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Since the use of interventional treatment for liver cancer in the 1980s, it has quickly gained popularity among patients due to its characteristics of less trauma, faster recovery and good efficacy. Clinical results over the past 20 years have shown that interventional treatment for liver cancer is significantly better than traditional treatments and has become the preferred method for liver cancer treatment. After interventional treatment for liver cancer, patients should pay attention to the following points: 1. Get enough sleep every day and do some simple exercises, such as walking and Tai Chi, for no more than 30 minutes each time. Gradually increase the amount and intensity of activities according to the recovery situation, participate in social activities appropriately, and keep a happy mood. 2. Eat high-protein, high-calorie, high-vitamin, light, easily digestible food, such as milk, eggs, soy products, fish, meat, etc. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins and minerals. Pay attention to cooking methods, do not eat baked, fried, deep-fried, or smoked foods, and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods. 3. Pay attention to weather changes and prevent colds. Keep the indoor environment clean, ventilate twice a day, each time for no less than 30 minutes, and keep the air moist with humidity between 50% and 60%. 4. If you still need to take medicine after discharge, you should follow the doctor's instructions to take it regularly and quantitatively. If you have any adverse reactions during medication, you should stop taking the medicine immediately and contact your doctor. Use drugs that damage the liver with caution. 5. Wear soft and comfortable cotton underwear to increase the patient's comfort. 6. Regular follow-up examination, once every 6 weeks after discharge. |
