The most common clinical symptoms of primary liver cancer include: liver enlargement, abdominal lumps, yellowing of skin and mucous membranes, ascites, spleen enlargement, edema of both lower limbs, etc. In addition, patients are often accompanied by clinical symptoms of cirrhosis such as liver palms, spider nevi, liver tremors, abdominal varicose veins, etc. The above clinical symptoms, except for hepatosplenomegaly, are mostly common clinical symptoms of advanced primary liver cancer.

Primary liver cancer progresses with the progression of the disease. Liver cancer often spreads first into the liver and then migrates outside the liver. Liver cancer can migrate to distant organs through the bloodstream, forming metastatic foci. The most common metastatic organ is the lung. Because the lung is an organ with a very abundant blood circulation system, the blood of the whole body needs to be exchanged through the lungs. The lungs are full of vascular networks, so tumor cells are easy to migrate in the lungs and finally form metastatic foci. The main manifestation of liver cancer lung metastasis is a circular mass around the lungs, most of which are multiple. Primary liver cancer can also migrate to bones, brain, adrenal glands, kidneys, etc.
