Treatment measures:

Different treatment plans are selected according to the different conditions of liver cancer, and comprehensive treatment is generally the main method. Currently, the commonly used treatment methods in clinical practice include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted drugs and oral Chinese herbal medicine.

1. Surgical treatment: Common ones include surgical resection of the tumor, intraoperative hepatic artery ligation, hepatic artery catheterization, intraoperative local treatment, recurrence resection, liver transplantation, etc. Surgery is mostly suitable for patients with good general condition and no serious damage to the functions of organs such as the heart, lungs, and kidneys.

2. Vascular interventional therapy: TACE is the most common procedure in clinical practice. It is suitable for various middle and late stage liver cancers, or small liver cancers that cannot be surgically removed for various reasons. It can also be used to stop bleeding caused by ruptured liver cancer.

3. Ultrasound interventional therapy: including percutaneous anhydrous alcohol injection therapy, percutaneous radiofrequency ablation, argon-helium knife therapy, laser, microwave, etc.

4. Intrahepatic radiotherapy and chemotherapy are important means of non-surgical treatment of liver cancer.

5. Biological therapy: also known as targeted drugs. Currently the most commonly used one is sorafenib, which has excellent anti-cancer properties.
