What are the early symptoms of lung cancer? Early lung cancer will have these symptoms

Lung cancer is a relatively common malignant tumor. If it is not detected in time and treated effectively in the early stages after onset, the disease will further develop and cause more serious damage to the body, and even threaten the patient's life. In order to detect the disease early, let's take a look at the early symptoms of lung cancer.

Some early symptoms of lung cancer are actually "help signals" sent by the body. For example, cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, fever, clubbing, arthritis and other six symptoms, these seemingly unrelated to lung cancer should not be taken lightly.

Cough. It can be a mild dry cough or a severe cough, with varying amounts of sputum. People with a long-term cough should be alert to lung cancer if the nature of their cough changes, such as a change in frequency or pitch.

Hemoptysis. If male smokers over 40 years old have blood in their sputum, blood streaks or small blood clots, they are very likely to have lung cancer, which is also one of the early symptoms of lung cancer.

Chest pain. Intermittent, mild, dull or piercing pain in the chest that can last from a few minutes to a few hours. If the tumor invades the pleura, the pain will be more severe, continuous, and fixed.

Fever. Male smokers over 45 years old who have long-term chronic lung inflammation with fever and whose treatment is ineffective should be especially alert to the possibility of lung cancer.

Clubbing. Also known as drumstick finger, it is characterized by hypertrophy of the first joints of the fingers and toes, protrusions and bending of the nails, and is often accompanied by pain.

Arthritis. Often present with clubbing. Symptoms include migratory arthritis, burning pain in the elbows, knees, wrists, ankles, and metacarpophalangeal joints, and movement disorders.

After realizing what the early symptoms of lung cancer will be, you should go to a professional hospital for examination and treatment in time after any physical problems occur. Do not delay the treatment and let more serious consequences occur to your body. Protect your own health.
