Eating more dairy products increases the risk of prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is a relatively common tumor disease. When a person has prostate cancer, the patient will not show typical symptoms in the early stage of the disease. When the patient finds that he has prostate cancer, the disease has often developed to the middle and late stages. When the prostate cancer develops to the middle and late stages, the tumor will block the human urethra or invade the bladder neck and other parts of the human body, causing the patient to have symptoms of lower urinary tract breathing, acute urinary retention, hematuria, urinary incontinence and other symptoms. In addition, if the tumor cells metastasize, it will also have a great impact on the patient's physical health. If the cancer cells metastasize to the bones, the patient's bones will have symptoms such as bone pain, pathological fractures, and spinal cord compression. In the treatment of any tumor disease, the earlier the treatment, the better the treatment effect. Therefore, people need to go to the hospital for screening regularly. The earlier the presence of prostate cancer is screened, the more effective the treatment will be.

In addition to early screening, the presence of prostate cancer, patients can prevent the occurrence of prostate cancer by eliminating measures such as sex in the room. Studies have shown that if men drink milk for a long time, it will increase the risk of prostate cancer. If men consume 600 mg of calcium from dairy products every day compared with men who consume 100 mg of calcium per day, the concentration of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in the plasma of men with more calcium intake will decrease significantly, which will increase the risk of prostate cancer. Therefore, it is best for men not to eat excessive amounts of dairy products for a long time in daily life to prevent the occurrence of prostate cancer.

In addition to not eating excessive amounts of dairy products for a long time, patients should also avoid smoking and drinking, spicy, raw, cold and other irritating foods, pickled, fried, smoked and grilled foods, which will not have a good effect on the patient's recovery. As for other foods, patients do not need to avoid them too much. They should eat small meals frequently to meet their appetite and ensure nutritional intake.
