When examining prostate fluid, wet image method and blood cell counting plate method are usually used for microscopic examination. When choosing the examination method, it is best to use the blood cell counting plate method because this examination method has higher accuracy.

Third, urinalysis and urine sediment examination. The purpose of this examination is mainly to detect whether the patient's urinary tract is infected. If the patient has symptoms of urinary tract infection, then the patient is very likely to have prostate cancer.

Fourth, bacteriological examination can also help with screening. To see if the patient has prostate cancer, the patient should be asked to drink more water before the prostate cancer examination, and then collect the patient's urine, the amount of which should be between 10ml and 200ml, and then stop urinating, do prostate massage and collect prostate fluid, and by detecting bacteria in the urine, it can be determined whether the patient has prostate cancer.
