There are three pains in the early stage of cervical cancer

In the early stage of cervical cancer, pain in the lower abdomen, lumbar sacral region, and sexual intercourse may occur. The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Lower abdominal pain: In the early stages of cervical cancer, the tumor begins to grow, which may cause compression and irritation to the surrounding tissues, causing lower abdominal pain. As the disease progresses, the pain may gradually worsen and may persist. This pain may be dull pain, distending pain, or heavy pain, and the degree of pain varies from person to person. Some patients may feel a sense of heaviness or pressure in the lower abdomen.

2. Lumbar pain: When cervical cancer invades the tissues and nerves around the pelvic cavity, it may cause lumbar pain. This is because the nerves in the pelvic cavity are connected to the nerves in the lumbar region, and the stimulation of the tumor will cause lumbar pain through nerve conduction. Lumbar pain is usually persistent and may be accompanied by soreness, distension, or tingling. The pain may worsen when standing, walking, or sitting for a long time, and may be relieved after rest.

3. Pain during sexual intercourse: In the early stages of cervical cancer, the tumor may invade the tissues and organs around the cervix, including the vagina and cervical canal. During sexual intercourse, these parts will be rubbed and irritated, causing pain. Pain during sexual intercourse may manifest as pain during intercourse, bleeding after intercourse, or discomfort. The degree and nature of the pain may vary from person to person. Some patients may feel mild pain, while others may feel severe pain.

These pains are not specific symptoms of early cervical cancer. Other gynecological diseases may also cause similar pains. If the above pain symptoms occur, you should seek medical attention in time for detailed examinations to clarify the cause. Early detection and treatment of cervical cancer is crucial to improving the survival rate and quality of life of patients.
