Can bladder cancer heal itself?

Can bladder cancer heal itself?

Bladder cancer requires clear pathological examination evidence to confirm that the disease is incurable. After the diagnosis, if there is an indication for surgery, surgical treatment should be performed in a timely manner. Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor and generally cannot be completely cured, especially in the middle and late stages, and it will not heal on its own. After surgery, the patient is in the postoperative recovery period. Treatment during the recovery period is also particularly important.

What should be paid attention to before and after minimally invasive treatment of bladder cancer

If the bladder is removed and the intestines are needed for bladder reconstruction, the intestines need to be cleaned and prepared before the operation, that is, bowel cleansing. Liquid food should be eaten 2 to 3 days before the operation, and fasting should be done appropriately the day before. For muscle-invasive bladder cancer, cystectomy and intestinal urinary diversion are performed. There is a fasting period after the operation. After resuming eating, the patient should start with liquid food, then semi-liquid food, and then gradually resume normal diet. Before minimally invasive treatment of bladder cancer, a comprehensive physical examination is required to confirm whether the patient's body can tolerate the operation. If the body cannot tolerate the operation, physical conditioning is required first.

How to diagnose bladder cancer

If you want to confirm whether it is bladder cancer, you need to first look at the patient's symptoms. Patients with bladder cancer generally have painless macroscopic hematuria throughout the whole process. Color Doppler ultrasound of the urinary system can see the space-occupying space in the bladder. Cystoscopy can be used to obtain pathological diagnosis. You also need to check the CTU of the urinary system to determine whether there are other tumors in the urinary system. The diagnosis of bladder cancer requires clear pathological examination basis. If a tumor lesion in the bladder is found, a cystoscopy is also required to take tissue for corresponding pathological examination, which is also the basis for diagnosis. The symptoms described at present cannot rule out the possibility of urinary tract infection. If you want to confirm whether you have bladder cancer, you must first look at the symptoms of the bladder.
