Is bladder blood clot bladder cancer? Bladder cancer will cause the body to have 4 "alarms"

Is bladder blood clot bladder cancer? This situation does not rule out the possibility of bladder cancer, because bladder cancer can cause hematuria. When there is a blood clot in the bladder, hematuria will occur. Of course, bladder blood clots may also be caused by other diseases, such as bladder stones, or elderly men with prostate hyperplasia, etc. These conditions can cause blood clots in the bladder, so be sure to check and identify them in time.

Generally speaking, bladder cancer will cause the body to have four "alarms":

1. Frequent and urgent urination. The symptoms of bladder cancer vary depending on the site of invasion. For example, if bladder cancer cells invade the trigone of the bladder, they will irritate the bladder, resulting in some bladder irritation symptoms, such as frequent and urgent urination, or painful urination. These are common early manifestations of bladder cancer. Generally, bladder irritation symptoms often indicate the possibility of bladder carcinoma in situ.

2. Pain. If the bladder cancer invades a large area of the bladder and the invaded lesions are deep, pain will occur, which may manifest as urinary pain. In addition, the pain will be aggravated when the bladder is stretched and contracted. If the cancer invades the bladder neck, it may cause urethral obstruction and may even induce urinary retention. Sometimes the cancer will also invade the urethra orifice, at which time there may be an ascending infection and even hydronephrosis, and the kidney volume will increase. If there is metastasis to the lungs, liver, and bones, corresponding symptoms may appear, such as coughing, shortness of breath, abnormal liver function, or pain in the liver area. For patients with severe hydronephrosis, it may turn into uremia and may be complicated by sepsis. If the disease develops to the late stage, cachexia may occur.

3. Hematuria. Early bladder cancer patients often do not feel any discomfort, but visible hematuria may occur in the early stages. This hematuria is a "red alert" for bladder cancer and should be taken seriously. Almost every bladder cancer patient will have hematuria, and most will experience painless hematuria. Therefore, when hematuria occurs, you should be alert to the possibility of bladder cancer.

Is blood clot in the bladder bladder cancer? This situation may be bladder cancer, or it may be caused by other diseases. It is recommended to seek medical attention for diagnosis in time. Generally, when suffering from bladder cancer, the body will have three abnormal symptoms, such as pain, hematuria, abnormal urination, etc. Therefore, when these abnormal symptoms appear, patients should pay attention to them and seek medical attention for examination and treatment in time to prevent greater harm.
