What are the main symptoms of bladder cancer

The treatment of bladder cancer must be based on the symptoms we observe. In fact, many people do not know the key to treatment, and there is no better effect when treating. Here I will tell you what the main symptoms of bladder cancer are.

The bladder is a part of the human body and is an organ that stores urine. In mammals, it is a sac-shaped structure composed of smooth muscle, located in the pelvis, with its rear end opening connected to the urethra. There is a sphincter at the junction of the bladder and the urethra that can control the discharge of urine. So what are the symptoms of bladder cancer? We all know that cancer is the abnormal growth of cells in the human body. When these extra cells grow together to form a group of cells, it is called a tumor. So in the case of bladder cancer, this type of growth occurs in the bladder. The symptoms of bladder cancer are divided into early, middle and late stages. It is mainly manifested in:

Patients with early bladder cancer often have no special positive signs, and positive signs often appear in the middle and late stages of the disease. For example, when the superficial lymph nodes metastasize, they will show enlarged lymph nodes; when the lungs metastasize, there will be weakened lung breath sounds, or dry and wet rales; when the liver metastasizes, there will be enlarged liver borders, dark capsules or jaundice; when the bones metastasize, there will be tenderness at the metastatic site. When systemic failure occurs and cachexia occurs, positive signs such as weight loss and anemia will be more obvious.

When the tumor infiltrates into the muscle layer, pain symptoms may occur. If the tumor is large and affects the bladder capacity, or the tumor occurs in the bladder neck, or severe bleeding forms blood clots that affect urine flow, it may cause difficulty in urination or even urinary retention.

The above are some of the symptoms that most bladder cancer patients will experience. In fact, many people cannot grasp the changes in the disease during the treatment process, which will cause our treatment progress to fall behind. I hope these can help everyone cure the disease as soon as possible.
