1. Examination: Patients can seek medical treatment in time. Doctors can make a preliminary diagnosis by asking about medical history, symptoms and disease course in detail, combined with physical examination. Mammography, breast ultrasound or MRI examination can also be performed, which is an important basis for clinical diagnosis. The diagnosis of breast cancer should also be performed through pathological examination of tissue biopsy.

2. Treatment: If diagnosed with breast cancer, patients should receive comprehensive treatment, including endocrine therapy. You should pay attention to a healthy diet, eat more low-fat foods, choose high-quality proteins such as fish, lean meat, eggs, nuts, and soybeans, eat more vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, eat less refined grains, red meat and processed meat, desserts, high-fat milk and fried foods, quit smoking and drinking, and be careful when using health products containing large amounts of estrogen to avoid stimulating the proliferation of breast epithelial cells.
