1. Gastric cancer metastasis to lymphatic tissue may have progressed to stage II or III. This refers to the pathological phenomenon in which infiltrating cancer cells pass through the lymphatic vessel wall and then break off and invade the lymph nodes with the lymph fluid.

2. Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor of gastric epithelial tissue. According to its pathological manifestations, it is mainly divided into four stages, namely, stage I, II, III, and IV.
