What are the symptoms of lymphoma?

Lymphoma mainly manifests itself in the lymphatic system. It is a malignant proliferative disease that originates from the lymphoreticular system. It is one of the top ten common malignant tumors in China. Lymphoma is not obvious in the early stages. What are the symptoms of lymphoma?

1. Mainly swollen lymph nodes in the body, which are basically painless and itchy in the early stage, so people often don't pay attention to them. About 60% of lymphomas are first found in swollen lymph nodes in the neck. At first, there is only one swelling, and the number gradually increases, and the swelling becomes larger.

2. When lymphoma invades the bone marrow, pancytopenia such as pale complexion, fever, and abnormal bleeding may occur, and sometimes abnormal lymphocytes may appear in the peripheral blood.

3. Sometimes it is a symptom of compression caused by an organ; if it occurs in the stomach, small intestine, or large intestine, peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal dysfunction such as abdominal distension, blood in the stool, vomiting, and abdominal pain may occur.

4. Lymphoma can occur in the mandible, jaw, anterior neck, clavicle, axilla, fossa, mediastinum or beside the abdominal artery.

Occurring in these organs, the specific manifestations are numerous and very complex, such as superficial and deep lymph node enlargement, progressive, painless, hard lymph nodes, which can be promoted, non-adhesive in the early stage, fused in the late stage, and ineffective in anti-inflammatory and tuberculosis treatment; fever, weight loss. There may also be lesions in other organs, such as liver and spleen infiltration causing liver swelling, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, intestinal obstruction, bleeding, skin itching, subcutaneous nodules, tonsils, oral, nasal, pharyngeal infiltration, nasal congestion, nasal knots, spinal cord compression, cranial nerve lesions, etc.
