What is the cure rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and how to treat it

What is the cure rate for nasopharyngeal cancer? How is it treated?

The incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is very high in southern China, especially in Guangzhou. The prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma should change bad living habits as soon as possible and detect the symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma mainly occurs in southern China and Southeast Asian countries. Its incidence has racial susceptibility. According to different methods, the treatment rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is different. For example, the five-year survival rate in some countries can reach about 60%. The five-year survival rate of other treatments exceeds 80%.

In the treatment method treatment:

1. Radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is recognized as the first choice for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be divided into radical radiotherapy and palliative radiotherapy.

2. Surgical treatment. The pathological type is a well-differentiated squamous adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma, which is not sensitive to radiation. The lesion is limited to the top wall, posterior wall or anterior wall. If there are no contraindications to surgery, a series of methods for treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be considered, such as resection of the primary lesion.

3. Chemotherapy. Nasopharyngeal cancer is mostly poorly differentiated and undifferentiated, with high malignancy, rapid growth, and easy to metastasize to lymph nodes or blood vessels. At this time, chemotherapy with serious side effects is the only option, and there is basically no other choice.

4. CLS biological multi-cell therapy. CLS biological multi-cell therapy is an important supplement for cancer cells that cannot be completely eliminated by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It has a significant killing effect on tumor stem cells and other non-proliferating tumor cells. CLS biological multi-cell therapy can eliminate small residual lesions that cannot be eliminated during surgery and kill tumor cells that cannot be killed by chemotherapy drugs during the dormant period.
