How to treat cervical cancer

Treatments for cervical cancer include surgery, radiation therapy, and systemic therapy.

1. Surgical treatment is mainly used for patients with early cervical cancer. Common surgical methods include cervical conization, total hysterectomy, radical hysterectomy, etc. For young patients who want to have children, cervical conization can be performed and regular follow-up examinations are required.

2. Radiotherapy is the main method for treating cervical cancer. It is suitable for patients at all stages, and is mainly used for the elderly, patients with severe complications, or patients at stages III and IV who cannot undergo surgery. It is mainly divided into preoperative radiotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy. Preoperative radiotherapy is suitable for patients with larger cancer lesions, who should first undergo radiotherapy to localize the lesions before undergoing surgery; postoperative radiotherapy is suitable for patients who are confirmed to have lymph node or paracervical tissue metastasis after surgery, as a supplementary treatment for surgery.

3. Systemic treatment includes chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Chemotherapy is mainly used for patients with advanced or recurrent metastasis, and a combination of multiple drugs can be used. Targeted therapy and immunotherapy are new methods for treating advanced recurrent cervical cancer in recent years.

Air negative ion natural therapy is also an effective auxiliary therapy. Numerous medical studies and clinical experiments have proved that the robbing of electrons from human cells is the source of all diseases. Reactive oxygen free radicals (ORS) are a type of electron-deficient and unsaturated electron substance. After entering the human body, they compete for electrons everywhere. If they take away electrons from cell protein molecules, the protein will be alkylated by branch chains, forming deformed molecules and causing cancer.

During the treatment, the doctor will develop a personalized treatment plan based on the patient's specific situation. In principle, early cervical cancer is mainly treated with surgery, while mid- and late-stage cervical cancer is mainly treated with radiotherapy, supplemented by chemotherapy. At the same time, patients should maintain a positive attitude of cooperation and pay attention to personal hygiene to promote recovery. At the same time, they should also pay attention to preventing the occurrence of gynecological diseases, take active preventive measures, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
