They are dangerous foods that cause hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease. Carcinogens are also produced during the frying process. Pickled foods require a large amount of salt to be added during the pickling process, which causes the sodium content of such foods to exceed the standard. Frequent consumption will increase the burden on the kidneys. A high-salt diet is also a recognized risk factor for hypertension.

A large amount of nitrosamines can be produced during the pickling process of food, which can increase the risk of certain malignant tumors. This type of food can also damage the gastrointestinal mucosa and increase the incidence of gastrointestinal inflammation and ulcers. Processed meat products that contain preservatives, artificial colors, etc. will increase the burden on the human liver. And like pickled foods, it also contains a certain amount of nitrite, which is a high-sodium food and has the potential to cause cancer and high blood pressure.
