1. Soak and wash the peanuts in boiling water, drain and set aside.

2. Put salt, sugar and five-spice powder in a bowl, dissolve them with appropriate amount of boiling water, then pour into the peanuts, mix well and marinate for more than two hours.

3. Drain the water, spread the peanuts evenly on the microwave turntable, fry them on high heat for two minutes, then stir them with chopsticks.

4. Stir again after frying for another two minutes (to ensure that the peanuts are heated evenly), then change to twice a minute.

5. Take out and let cool, the crispy and fragrant five-spice peanuts are ready.

Spiced Peanuts

Ingredients: peanuts, five-spice powder, salt

practice:

1. Add one teaspoon of five-spice powder, one teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of water to a large bowl and mix well; (If you like a stronger taste, you can add more)

2. Add a bag of peanuts with skin (12-16oz) and mix evenly for about 20 minutes, stirring several times in the middle to make sure it is evenly coated with the sauce;

3. Spread the wet peanuts covered with spiced salt on a large microwave-safe plate;

4. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes, take it out and turn it with chopsticks to make it heated evenly, put it back in the microwave and cook for another 2 minutes, take it out and turn it over, put it back and cook for 1 minute, turn it over again, and add half a minute more. After it cools down, you can eat the crispy and crunchy five-spice peanuts with skin that crisps up when touched.
