Lymph tuberculosis is a very common and very harmful disease. When the disease occurs, the patient suffers great physical and mental torture, and it also has a great impact on normal work and life. There are lymph nodes in many parts of the body, and the lymph nodes in the neck are the most susceptible to disease. When people find that they have cervical lymph tuberculosis, they must seek timely treatment to avoid missing the best treatment time. When lymph tuberculosis occurs, the neck and even the whole body will be very sore, and pus will appear in the neck, festering, and it will be very painful to eat and talk. Of course, there are many ways to treat lymph tuberculosis, including local treatments and systemic treatments. The key lies in the patient's choice. 1. Systemic treatment of lymphadenopathy Pay proper attention to nutrition and rest. Patients who have taken isoniazid orally for 1-2 years and have systemic toxicity symptoms or tuberculosis lesions elsewhere in the body. Add sodium para-aminosalicylate or rifampicin or add intramuscular injection of streptomycin. (II) Local treatment of cervical lymphadenopathy 1. For a few localized, larger, and movable lymph nodes, surgical resection may be considered. Be careful not to damage the accessory nerve during surgery. 2. If a cold abscess has formed but has not yet ruptured, cryptic puncture and drainage of the pus can be performed. The needle is inserted through the normal skin surrounding the abscess. Drain as much pus as possible, and then inject 5% isoflurane solution or 10% streptomycin solution into the abscess cavity for flushing. Leave an appropriate amount in the abscess cavity, twice a week. 3. If a cold abscess ruptures and forms an ulcer or sinus tract, curettage can be performed if the secondary infection is not obvious. Carefully remove all the diseased tissue. The wound was not sutured, and the dressing was changed with streptomycin solution. 4. Patients with cold abscesses and secondary suppurative infection. Incision and drainage are required first, and curettage can be performed if necessary after the infection is controlled. The above is an introduction to the treatment methods of cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Patients can take systemic and local treatments according to their condition. During the treatment, you must take the medicine on time as instructed by the doctor. In addition, you should also strengthen your exercise to improve your resistance to the disease and prevent similar diseases from occurring again. |
