Develop ten healthy habits to release stress instantly

Fast-paced life is becoming more and more popular in modern society. Is it a bit too much for you? Are the large number of work tasks and indicators making you a bit breathless? Are the management of relationships making you a bit tired? The following editor will list ten tips for you. Learn them and develop habits to relieve your stress instantly and live a more exciting and fulfilling life!

1. Write it down

Think about more meaningful things than just remembering what you are going to do. The brain is often like a leaky bucket, so write down your good ideas, insights, and thoughts before you forget them, and add what you need to do to your to-do list.

2. Do One Thing at a Time

If you do one thing at a time, you will achieve better results, feel better, and be less stressed. Therefore, it is best not to do multiple things at once, but to finish the most important thing of the day first, and then do other less important things.

3. Ask boldly, instead of suspecting

People’s minds are unpredictable, so you should ask questions and communicate to resolve doubts. This will help you minimize unnecessary arguments, misunderstandings, and denials.

4. Don’t make a mountain out of a molehill

When you start thinking deeply about something, or when you decide in your mind that you want to do something big, you should ask yourself: "Am I making a mountain out of a molehill?" If you are defeated by your thinking at some point, ask yourself: Is there anyone in the world who is in a worse situation than I am right now?

5. Pack your luggage before going to bed

This way you won’t be stressed out in the morning and will be less likely to forget things.

6. Set boundaries for what you do every day of the week

I had to set boundaries to better balance my work and life. By doing this, I find myself being more productive. Because not everything has to have a certain outcome, my life has become very comfortable. Here are three ways to help you set some boundaries on what you do each day of the week:

1. Set a start and end time for your work. I won't work between 7pm and 8am the next day.

2. Take more breaks every day. Get plenty of rest during the day so that you can keep your mind clear and have energy at night and on weekends. I usually work for 45 minutes every hour and take a 15-minute break. During my breaks, I step away from the computer and do something else. For example, go out for a walk, breathe fresh air, and eat something. Then every 3 hours, I'll take a longer break and have lunch, a snack, or something.

3. Don’t work on weekends. I try to spend my weekends away from everyday habits and things. I usually take a day off from media and the internet. I hardly check my email on Saturdays and Sundays. Instead, I spend time with my girlfriend, friends, family, or reading a book, watching a movie, or doing other fun activities.

7. Create a very simple workspace

By creating a very concise workspace, you can greatly reduce mental distractions or stress caused by crowding. Think about how you can have a work environment where your attention can be focused on the most important things more easily and in a natural way.

I suggest just a small table, a laptop, a pad of paper, a pen, and something on the wall that keeps you motivated and positive, like a to-do list, a dream, a quote, or a meaningful picture.

8. Arrive 10 minutes early

This very simple habit turns those car rides into time for me to relax and unwind, rather than into blocks of time and space where I feel stressed or otherwise negative. At the same time, it also allows me to develop a habit of preparing things in advance. Developing a habit can not only save time, but also help me arrange my time better.

9. Put everything away

If everything is placed in a specific place, your home will remain in order, and you will have a relaxed and happy feeling when you return home, full of a warm atmosphere, and it will not be cluttered every day. When you're ready to go out, you can easily find your keys, wallet and phone.

10. Breathing

When you are stressed, stuck in a difficult situation, dwelling on the past or lost in the future, breathe from your belly for 2 minutes, focusing on the flow of air in and out. This will calm your body and bring your mind back to the present moment.

Being an optimistic and relaxed woman is the best way to care for yourself. When encountering things, you should learn to be happy and let these ways to relieve depression open your heart to happiness.
