Eye exercises that computer users must learn

There are more and more household appliances, and commonly used appliances such as computers, mobile phones, and televisions have become inseparable from our daily lives. Especially computers and mobile phones, many people can't live without them.

Whether it is a computer or a mobile phone, it has brought a lot of convenience to our lives. But if you often sit next to a computer, you will definitely find that your eyes are tired or your shoulders are prone to pain.

If you stare at the computer for a long time without paying attention to maintenance, it may cause vision loss at the very least, or cause myopia or premature presbyopia at the worst. Therefore, it is urgent to protect your eyes. Now, the editor of Women's Health Network will teach you two sets of eye exercises that can help relieve visual fatigue. Come and learn with me!

Action 1: Eye circles

Method: Sit upright, stretch your arms out and draw large circles in front of you. While your neck does not move, your eyeballs follow the movement. After doing this 2-5 times, you can switch to drawing circles left and right, or you can draw triangles, squares, or stars. In short, try to move your eyeballs up and down, left and right.

Long periods of reading, looking at computers and mobile phones, etc., only use the muscles around the eyeballs. This set of eye wreath movements can stretch the eye muscles that are rarely used and effectively relieve visual fatigue.

Action 2: Cross-Eye Training

Method: First, raise your index finger and place it in front of you. Slowly move it towards your nose and stop it in the middle of your eyes. Let your eyes cross their eyes and keep it still for 10 to 20 seconds. Then, slowly move the index finger away and then slowly move it closer. The eyes will follow the index finger, sometimes becoming cross-eyed and then returning to normal. Repeat this process about 10 times.

This set of movements can effectively train the medial rectus muscle and ciliary muscle by switching the tightness of the ciliary muscle in the same way as focusing a camera.
