1. Hypertension is the most dangerous factor for stroke and a key link in preventing stroke. Blood pressure should be effectively controlled, long-term medication should be taken, and changes in blood pressure should be observed over a long period of time for timely treatment.

2. Controlling and reducing transient ischemic attacks (i.e., symptoms such as transient numbness of one limb, weakness or dizziness, diplopia, dysphagia, unsteady walking, etc.) is a key link in preventing stroke. Once a minor stroke occurs, immediate and systematic treatment is required to avoid a complete stroke.

3. Pay attention to the precursor signs of stroke, such as dizziness, headache, limb numbness, drowsiness, and abnormal personality, and take treatment measures to avoid the occurrence of stroke.

4. Eliminate the triggering factors of stroke, such as emotional fluctuations, excessive fatigue, excessive exertion, etc., and self-control and avoid them.

5. Timely treat diseases that may cause stroke, such as arteriosclerosis, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hyperviscosity, A sexual behavior, obesity, cervical spondylosis, etc.

The above are some prevention and treatment methods for stroke. After these introductions, we found that in order to better prevent stroke, some diet and lifestyle habits in daily life need to be paid attention to.
