1. Black beans, walnuts and milk:

[Ingredients] 1 spoon of black bean powder, 1 spoon of walnut kernel paste, 1 packet of milk, 1 spoon of honey.

[Preparation] Fry 500 grams of black beans, let cool, and grind into powder. 500 grams of walnut kernels, fry until slightly charred, remove the skin, and mash into a paste after cooling. 2. Wolfberry and mulberry porridge

[Ingredients] 5 grams of wolfberry, 5 grams of mulberry, 5 grams of yam, 5 red dates, and 100 grams of polished rice.

[Preparation] Cook the above ingredients into porridge for consumption.

[Effects] The wolfberry and mulberry seeds in this recipe can nourish the liver and kidneys, while the yam and red dates can strengthen the spleen and stomach. If people with visual fatigue can take it twice a day, morning and evening, for a long time, it can not only eliminate the symptoms of eye fatigue, but also enhance physical fitness.

When we wake up in the morning with dry eyes, our first choice should not be to use medication.
