The temperature at which you bake bread depends on the type of bread and the type of oven you use. Large toast takes longer, usually baked at 180°C for 45 minutes. Medium toast takes 30 minutes, Danish and large bread takes 25 minutes, and small bread takes about 12-15 minutes. How long does it take to bake bread and at what temperature? Preheat the oven to 160-220 degrees and bake for 20-35 minutes.

Here’s how to bake soft bread:

1. Mix the soup ingredients evenly, heat over low heat, and stir with a manual egg beater until it becomes a paste. Pour into a fresh-keeping box and cover immediately to prevent moisture loss. After cooling to room temperature, refrigerate for 17-24 hours.

2. Take out the soup starter and mix it with the main dough. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, then add butter and salt and continue kneading. Use the bread machine kneading program twice (about 60 minutes). After kneading the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for the first time until it is 2.5 times larger (about 60 minutes).

3. After the first fermentation, take out the dough and knead it by hand for 10-15 minutes to release the air, until the dough is fine and has no pores.

4. After exhausting the air, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll them into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes before shaping. After shaping, let it ferment for the second time until it is twice as large (about 30 minutes).

5. Apply a layer of egg liquid on the bread and bake in the middle layer of the oven at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

6. The baking time must be 18-20 minutes. It cannot be extended. If the baking time is extended, the moisture of the bread will be lost and the bread will immediately become hard. The fermentation and baking time must be controlled just right. Any longer than that will affect the taste.
