The first type: sitting down and not wanting to move

I sit all day at work and when I get home I sink into the sofa and don't want to move. Don’t think that the harm of sitting for a long time is only to the cervical vertebra and spine.

German experts pointed out that the number of human immune cells increases with the increase of activity, and the number of immune cells in people who sit for a long time decreases, which greatly increases the risk of cancer; Japanese medical scientists found that most gastric cancer patients usually eat too much and sit for a long time;

Research in the United States shows that people who sit for long periods of time are 40% to 50% more likely to develop colon cancer than those who exercise regularly, and men are also more likely to develop prostate cancer.

Experts point out that you must get up and move around for at least 15 minutes every 2 hours of work.

Type 2: Always holding back bowel movements

I want to go to the bathroom, but I am too busy at work to leave, or I can't find a bathroom, so I have to hold it in. It's okay once or twice, but over time, problems will arise.

Feces contains various carcinogens such as hydrogen sulfide, skatole, and cholesterol metabolites. Experts suggest that you must seize the time of the day when you have the strongest urge to defecate, one is shortly after getting up in the morning, and the other is after eating. If you really don’t have time to defecate in the morning, you can adjust it to the evening when you are more free.

The third type: not sleeping at night

The British Scientific Cancer Research Center studied more than 1,000 cancer patients aged 30-50 from all over the world and found that 99.3% of them stayed up late all year round and would not rest until after midnight.

Experts point out that staying up late can disrupt your biological clock.

On the other hand, night lights will destroy the formation of melatonin in the human body, which is an important part of protecting the body's immune function. The lack of it can easily lead to leukemia, breast cancer, prostate cancer, etc. It is best not to stay up later than 12 o'clock.

If you work overtime until the early morning, it is best to find a room with blackout curtains to sleep in. The dark environment helps the body produce melatonin.

Fourth: Always drink boiling water

Many people like to make a cup of Kung Fu tea in their spare time, but they don’t know that this freshly brewed tea that they drink while it’s hot may pose a hidden danger to esophageal cancer. The reason is that boiling water can burn the esophageal mucosa, causing oral mucosal inflammation, esophagitis, etc., and over time, cancer may occur.

Experts recommend that if food or drinks feel hot, do not swallow them in a hurry. Foods with fillings may not be hot on the outside but hot on the inside, so be especially careful when eating them. Never use a straw when drinking hot drinks.
